Sessions are scheduled based on availability and confirmed once the date, time, location, and session type have been agreed upon.

A booking fee is not required at this time. Payment is due no later than the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances that would affect the quality or safety of the session.

If I need to reschedule due to weather, illness, equipment issues, or an emergency, I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new date.

Sessions are available in Haddonfield, South Jersey, Philadelphia, and select Jersey Shore locations.

Travel outside the standard service area may be available for an additional fee depending on distance, location, and session needs.

Edited images are delivered digitally through Google Drive or another agreed-upon delivery method.

Galleries are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise discussed. Delivery time may vary depending on session type, gallery size, and editing needs.

Download links remain available for approximately two weeks. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images during that time.

All delivered images include professional editing in my natural style. This may include color correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, light skin cleanup, and general image enhancement.

Extensive retouching, object removal, body reshaping, background changes, or advanced image manipulation may require an additional fee.

RAW or unedited files are not included or delivered.

The final number of delivered images may vary depending on the session type, conditions, and the number of usable final images.

I do not guarantee a specific number of images unless that has been agreed upon in writing before the session.

All images remain the copyrighted work of Alisa Bryz Photography.

Clients receive permission to download, print, and share their edited images for personal use. Images may not be altered, sold, edited with filters, used commercially, or submitted to third parties without written permission.

For brand, product, or business sessions, image usage rights will be discussed based on the project scope and intended use.

Portrait, family, and lifestyle sessions are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.

Brand, product, and business photography may include commercial usage depending on the project. Commercial usage terms, licensing, and image rights may vary by project and should be discussed before booking.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time, being prepared for the session, and communicating any important details in advance, including location restrictions, accessibility concerns, children, pets, props, outfit changes, or specific image needs.

Late arrival may reduce the available session time.

Pets and children are welcome in appropriate session types. Clients are responsible for the safety, handling, and supervision of children and animals during the session.

Standard family sessions are intended for immediate family only.

Extended family sessions, multi-household groups, reunions, or sessions involving grandparents, cousins, and additional relatives require a custom quote based on group size, location, and session needs.

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled if weather conditions would negatively affect the session or create unsafe conditions.

Cloudy weather is not automatically considered a reason to reschedule, as soft natural light can photograph beautifully.

I may use selected images from sessions in my portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials unless privacy has been discussed and agreed upon in writing before the session.

Clients who prefer their images to remain private should communicate this before booking.
